The Supreme Court has directed that factories polluting the Bandi River be removed, abandoning the bureaucracy's policy of "waking up on complaints." The Supreme Court has issued directives regarding industrial pollution and illegal mining in the Bandi, Luni, and Jojari rivers, instructing that factories polluting these rivers be relocated to suitable locations. This order was given by Justice Vikram Nath and Justice Sandeep.
