Tanker drivers broke the automatic system of filling water: Bhaskar revealed that he had filled more tankers and sold more water than the government records.

Following Bhaskar's revelation in the case of secretly selling sweet water from Bisalpur in Jaipur through tankers, the tanker drivers resorted to vandalizing government machinery. The automatic system installed at the Malviya Nagar pump house for filling and monitoring the tankers was damaged. This system was used to keep a record of the water being filled into the tankers and their number. Bhaskar conducted 'Operation Pani-Chor' for 15 days.
