Kalyan Singh (56), a cunning accused operator who defrauded young people in Sikar of lakhs, was not getting a job due to being overage. He had started tutoring children at home. After absconding from Sikar, he was hiding in Dehradun. To evade arrest, the accused had also obtained documents with a Dehradun address. The accused used to cheat young people in the name of getting them a B.Ed. The police had obtained technical sources and informants to arrest the accused.
