A bench comprising Justices MM Sundresh and Prasanna V Varale commented on the matter, stating that the Jaipur blasts cannot be viewed as an ordinary case. It is a matter related to national security and endangering the lives of common people. Therefore, it should not be treated like a regular bail case.
