Rajasthan civic body elections: Barading begins after first phase of voting, BJP calls candidates to Bhilwara and Chittorgarh

In Rajasthan's Jaipur region, voting took place on Wednesday in the first phase of the local body elections across 162 urban bodies. As soon as the voting ended, the candidates began their rounds. BJP and Congress candidates started receiving phone calls from party offices. The candidates were called to the party office with bags, and from there, they were loaded into vehicles and sent to safe locations. In Bhilwara, the BJP called 70 of its candidates to the BJP office.
