The festival of Janmashtami, the birth anniversary of Lord Krishna, was celebrated with devotion, reverence, and joy in the Kishangarh and Rupnagar areas. Special prayers and rituals began at temples from early morning, accompanied by the enchanting adornment of the Lord. As evening approached, the temple premises were illuminated with colorful lights, and the crowd of devotees grew as the night deepened. As the clock struck 12, the temple complex echoed with chants of 'Nand ke anand bhayo, jai Kanhaiyalal ki', signifying joy and celebration.
