In Jaipur, a jeep driver and guide got into an argument over taking their vehicle to the fort in Amer. During this, jeep driver Azam attacked guide Manish Soni with a knife along with his companion Nazish. In the attack, Manish Soni was stabbed in the stomach, seriously injuring him. The incident occurred at around 10 am on Monday near Mavtha Sarovar. Amer Station House Officer Rajendra Gautam stated that the jeep driver Azam and guide Manish Soni were arguing over sharing the vehicle near Mavtha Sarovar.
