After the corporation elections, now it's time for Panchayati Raj; reservation lottery today.

As the election phase of the civic body elections is complete, preparations for the Panchayati Raj elections have now begun in the district. The reservation lottery will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd at the District Council auditorium regarding the upcoming general elections for three-tier Panchayati Raj institutions. In this process, which will take place from 11 am, class-wise and women's reservation will be determined for the 29 wards of the District Council, the posts of heads in nine Panchayat Samitis, and the 161 wards of Panchayat Samiti members.
