Kota DSP dies of heart attack: He succumbed to his injuries in the hospital; he had undergone an angioplasty in March, and 4 years of service remained.

DSP Giriraj Garg (56), who was posted at the 14th RAC (Mining) in Kota, died of a heart attack. It is reported that he had undergone a stent procedure for a heart blockage at a private hospital in Jaipur in March and joined the 14th RAC (Mining) in August 2026. He had approximately four years of service remaining. According to reports, he suddenly fell ill around 7 pm on Wednesday evening at his quarters, after which fellow police officers took him to a private hospital in Kota.
