Rakesh Bhati, who was expelled from the BJP, joined the Congress in Jaipur on Saturday. During this event, he was accompanied by Pali MLA Bhimraj Bhati and Congress District President Shishupal Singh Rajpurohit, who also presented him with a Congress scarf. His joining the Congress is expected to bring about changes in the corporation election equations as well.
