Vehicles were barred from entering Chambal Bridge in Kota yesterday. The KDA will conduct a structural assessment and NDT testing of the bridge, with traffic diversion for 12 hours.

The Chambal Bridge (PWD bridge) on the road from Nayapura to Bundi in Kota will be closed for vehicle entry on Saturday. The Kota Development Authority (KDA) will conduct a Structural Assessment and NDT Testing of the bridge. For this, the team from M/s B.J. Mehta Architectural Structural Consultants Pvt. Ltd. will inspect the bridge. During testing, traffic will be restricted from 6:30 AM to 7 PM on the Nayapura side towards Kunhari.
