The previous Congress government in Rajasthan has been accused of scams related to the construction tenders for medical colleges. It is alleged that the eligibility criteria for the tender were changed to benefit a specific firm, as revealed by documents obtained through RTI (Right to Information). RTI activist Ashok Pathak has filed a complaint with the Chief Secretary demanding an investigation into the matter. The complaint alleges collusion between the then PWD Minister Bhajanlal Jatav and the then officials of RSRDC.
