Names removed from voter lists will be added during SIR (Special Registration): A special campaign will be conducted in schools and colleges for new voters and old voters.
The Election Commission will launch a 'Special Name Inclusion' campaign starting this month for voters whose names were deleted from the voter list during the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process conducted in January-February of this year. Additionally, it will also facilitate new voters who have not been able to register their names. To achieve this, special campaigns will be organized in colleges and schools. Voters can also contact their Booth Level Officers (BLOs) to add their names to the voter list.
