FIR filed before elections on an eight-year-old complaint: Kucha councillor Mirdha gets relief from arrest by the High Court; special hearing held on a Sunday.

Just before the election for the post of Chairman of Kuchera Municipal Council, the Rajasthan High Court has granted interim relief to Ward Councilor Tejpal Mirdha in connection with the FIR registered by the ACB. A single bench of Justice Kuldeep Mathur directed the officials of ACB Jaipur not to arrest Mirdha in FIR No. 0268/2026 until the next hearing. The next hearing of the case will be on October 5th.
