Below average rainfall in Bundi: Farmers suffer significant losses as it was less than half of last year

This year, the Boondi district has recorded significantly less rainfall than average. As of September 18th, the district has received a total of 607.43 millimeters (MM) of rain. This is less than half of last year's average rainfall of 1450.07 MM. Despite the low rainfall, unseasonal rains have damaged farmers' crops. The Jaipur Meteorological Department has stated that there may be more rain in many areas of the district today, after which the monsoon will depart. Nainwa received the highest rainfall, followed by Indragarh.
