A woman survived a ten-story fall after a tree branch pierced her thigh. Fire brigade personnel conducted a delicate rescue operation to bring her down. They carefully cut the branch lodged in her leg using an electric saw. A canvas stretcher was used to stabilize her before lowering her safely. The conscious woman was then taken to hospital for further medical treatment.
