State forms panel for action report on suicide of female Phaltan doc inquiry

The state government has formed a high-level committee to draft an Action Taken Report on the suicide of a female doctor from Phaltan who died in October 2025, following a commission of inquiry by a former Bombay High Court judge. Meanwhile, a Special Investigation Team has submitted its report and chargesheet against two accused individuals related to her death.
